Some people want to think of other people but they also have to think of there selfs too. Say for some really dumb reason your friend wanted you to take a drug. They said it would make them really happy if you did it. Would you try a drug and potentionoly get addicted to it and have it wind up killing you or have your friend be happy for that momment? ( wich in case your not that smart is not sellfish at all) sometimes people are thinking why make another person happy if they dont really benifit from it and they blow it way out of perporsion and become selfish. They no longer care about other peoples feelings.

well its not anything wrong with us its just that this is the way god designed every living thing.remeber the story of a mother forcing her child who was clinging to her foot during tsunami just because the tree she hung from was about to break with the combined weight.so the moral of the story is admit we all are selfish but we have to try to be SELF INTERESTED .only then we can carry our relationship happily
