Dude.. i dont think there is any eve-teasing in Mumbai at most places. Of course exceptions are always there but generally u can hang out wherever u want with ur wife. beaches, restaurants, pubs, malls, theatres... they r all safe.
I think u r getting over-cautious since u r newly married.

Marine drive, Nariman Point gr8 view then churchgate movie then plenty of cosy restuarents to choose from. start checking them outevery week. or a drive down on the expressway carry a hamper take an isolated picnic at the stunning locales.

enjoy lunch at many alfrescoes around andheri,bandra,marine drive,go for movie at fun republic at other major malls..maybe go to hiranandani at powai..
