Here is a pattern - you can find these at Hancock Fabrics, or at patternreview.com online. I'd suggest a fabric with lots of lycra in it - else it won't have the stretch to hold itself up. Fabric without stretch will sag over time while being worn - i.e. you will be holding your shirt up half the night! A stretch velvet would make this up nicely, and it wouldn't take a lot of it either.

I don't know about you but plain black is the way to go. Especially for partyyyyy nights!!!
