As she advised, if you do that you will begin to produce milk. Apparently she has done this already, and she seems to be very happy about it. You can, however, also get a dose of medication that will cause this without having to take the time and constant effort of stimulating your breasts.
Unless you want to get implants in the nipples - there are some injectable implants that would make yours into what is known as "puffies" - the only way to alter the size and shape of your nipples is to foce your breasts to produce milk. This is called "lactation."
Both your breasts and your nipples will enlarge. You will find that several times a day you need to "express" the milk your breasts produce. If you don't do this, then in a short time you will stop lactating and things will shrink. The easiest way to do that is to buy a little electric breast pump. If you get one you can save and refrigerate the milk and donate it to a local hospital of non-profit group that collects breast milk for babies that need it.
If you get a very strong breast milk pump and use it often, you will force your breasts to expand a great deal, but then you would have to empty your bosom every 1-2 hours. I know someone who did this because her boobs became immense and she likes the effect. Her local hospital adores the volume of breast milk she produces, too!
You will find if you make milk that sometimes your breasts leak - so you may need special bras to absorb that. On the other hand, many guys love sucking on a woman's milky breasts (some get disgusted, however) and most women usually have very extreme orgasms if they have sex while having their milk sucked.

Well, if there were a perfect ratio of nipple size to breast size, I'm sure it lies between 0 and 1. Although I think that most people would probably have some "interval of perfection" instead of "point of perfection." Personally, I'm not too picky. My interval is probably something like (0.00001, 0.9999) - although when breasts approach the ratios of 0 or 1, they start to look a little weird (i.e no nipple to all nipple). I bet now we're going to get a bunch of guys answers in here saying, "yeah - I'll show you MY interval of perfection."
