It depends on where you broke your wrist, and how old you are.
And it also depends on how you broke your wrist, what kind of fracture, etc...
The different fractures require different healing times.
For instance:
A fractured little wrist bone ( called a carpal ) if they are treating it with a cast it may be 8-12 weeks depending on which carpal it was.
A fractured Radius ( The bone on the side of the thumb) in an adult is usually 4-6 weeks, usually more towards 6 weeks with x-rays to check it to make sure it is healing. This is also assuming you did not lose any length in the bone.
A fractured radius in a child : more towards the 4 week mark, especially if it is a Salter Harris (growth plate) fracture.
Kids heal faster than adults because their bones are still growing.

My guess from minimal information, and assuming you are an adult is about 6-8 weeks...
Each doctor's treatment plan differs with what they have had success with, so as always please consult your doctor.

i think its 6-8 weeks. i think thats how long mine was.
