First it is really important to figure what type of job you want. Once you have figured that out you can search the web - monster, wetfeet, hotjobs, google, for templates that relate to your industry or job function. In the work experience section, you can rename to "related experience" and list out relevant information- projects, papers, internships.
Or you can consult with a resume writer or pay for these services. Check out www.lifeclimb.com which is targeting recent grads.
Hope this helps!

strech everything out so it looks like you have done/accomplished a lot (just don't strech TOO far). if you're e-mailing it, here are some tips:
Do's and Dont's with your graduate resume:
1. Do not send bulk emails of your graduate resume to the Profs.
2. Tune your resume to the Prof's research requirements.
3. Email the Pro'f once and dont keep sending him reminders.
4. Get to know the graduate students working under the Prof and email him a copy of your graduate resume.
5. Keep your email very short and to the point. 6. Be patient, when you are in the system.
also, these sites are great: http://www.meredithmanor.com/graduate/resume/add.asp

There are many good books, just type in "resume writing" at Amazon.com, there are probably good websites as well, google "resume writing" or "resumes". Would one of your former teachers help you?
Also, I don't want to insult you in any way, but I have a feeling from your writing style, that English is not your native language, so have someone with English as their first language help you, and proof read it for you.
Good Luck!!! I hope you find a job you love.

Most employers prefer what is known as a chronological resume. There are plenty of examples on the web, just do a search.
