You dont have to use anything. The problem is premenopausal women have terrible problems with moods dipping after surgery. If they can live through that, they don't have to take any pills.

Assuming there's no other medical problems - it depends on your age. Pre-menopausal you'll most likely be offered HRT, post-menopausal nothing.

It depends on post operation condition.If there is no problem no medicine required.In case of any problem you have to consult doctor and decide.
