The total sale for the first three month is 30. The total sale for the whole period is 30+47 = 77 drinks.

The monthly sale for the first three month 30/3 =10.

The monthly sale for the whole period is 77/7= 11

The average monthly sale exceeds the monthly sale for the first three months by "1".

there is some ambiguity in your question. You may need to rewrite your question and clarify exactly you need to know.

I think there's a word missing here. Are you asking how much the sales for the first three months (Oct - Dec) exceeded the sales for the _LAST_ three months (Feb - Apr)? Or some other three month period? Unless you specify which three-month period we're comparing to, it can't be answered.
