1} it has full form : "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle" that makes it Yahoo.

2} It was some SHAMMI or RAJ or whatever KAPOOR that had a song "CHAHE MUJHE KOI JUNGLEE KAHE" & There he shouted "YAHOOOOO!" From there the name came Yahoo.
