When I grew up to be a twirler. I remember as a child always thinking that I'd much rather be a twirler than a cheerleader till I got into jr. high and highschool and learned that if you were a twirler you were also expected to play an instrument in the band or orchestra. Nope, didn't want to play any instruments....not even the piano. Just wanted to sing. So much for that dream. Still to this day I giggle to myself during half-time of my kids football games when I see a twirler.

My child hood dreams. to become an Indian Dancer. But alas, inindia times have changed and a boy doing classical dance is said to be a bane...a sissy. I could do the most difficult of movements just by observing others, But my mnother used to beat me up every time i danced or did dance movements. And as days passed, torture continued and i had to dance only when none was there at home.

I am not a dancer now...twenty years later. I do dance sometimes but for myself. Its beautiful and i feel as if i am in heaven. I stay alone now so i do have chances to perform for myself though i never had the chance to learn it formally. But anyway as far as my soul is happy everything is good.

My first was peadeatrician - but my maths was too terrible, and now I have a kid, I'm glad I didn't go for it!!!

My second dream was to be an archaeologist. I still wish I'd studied for that. I love going to sites etc.. So disappointed I gave up on that one. I didn't think it was realistic at the time, and I didn't think I'd earn enough money.

As it is, I'm an Estate Agent, and I don't earn enough money anyway, so....

If you have a dream - PLEASE FOLLOW IT!!!!

Funny story about that stuff. I wanted to be an artist, then a teacher, then an engineer, then a teratologist. Now, my best friend is an artist, my boyfriend is a teacher, another friend of mine is an engineering major, and I'm getting my foot in the door for it.

As a young child, I wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. I know that would never work, however, because unfortunately, I am incessantly squeamish.
