Vision: your pc video card should have a TV out connection in the form of:
1. Composite video (yellow RCA jack)
2. S-Video
3. DVI or HDMI connection
From your pc video card, connect the cable to your TV video input.
Your best source is to check the video card of your pc or check its manual for any TV out connection.
Sound: you should have sound card or integrated sound in your pc. If you have, connect the green mini jack out to your TV input connection (red and white RCA jacks) , but you will need a y-adapter to do this. This y-adapter can be bought to any electronics shop, it's a male 3.5 stereo mini jack to 2 female RCA connection. Then connect the white and red RCA cables to this y-adapter. But nobody does this because the sound coming from a TV is not good. Better to use good computer speakers.
Usually, people connect only videos to their TV sets, if their TV set is better than their pc monitor like watching DVD's. The sound will be from computer speakers, but you will need a good decent computer speakers to enjoy this, like speakers from Altec Lansing, Creative, Edifier or Logitech.
