The worst job to do in the hot weather is painting the white/yellow lines on the road - as the boiler/furnance to keep the paint in liquid form needs to be kept a minimum of 200 celsius.
Also road surfacing, not only have you got the sun beating down on you, but also the macadum (tar mac) that your working with is needs to be hot while your trying to spread it on the road.

I think one of the worst jobs in this weather would have to be rubbish/refuge/bin person .........The bins have sat there for a few days in the heat 'cooking' Urrrrgggggggggghjhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

strimming grass verges had to wear heavy boots,long trousers,long sleeved shirt for protection plus gloves and ear defenders to make it worse if you hit a dog **** with a strimmer it sprays back at you even in the face.
