to day we see and feel of these things ,water and air.the reason is also to some extend regarding its formation come to be true. but in the beggining of the time when the earth was evolved or before , were there water or not? how did they evolve? i want to know it. if any one is willing to help me please , you are welcome.

Mr. M has the right idea but the gasses that formed the atmosphere could also have been collected by the gravity of the earth as it formed and was revolving around the sun. It would probably take a few very large comets or many smaller comets to accumulate the amount of water we have on earth now.

You ask about wind also but this is the result of pressure differences caused by variations in where the earth is heated.

Air is from the gases escaped via vulcano ( some stream too) and water is brought to the earth by a comet.
