but on tuesday afternoon i noticed this little stain in my paint when i went to the loo..........
i thought it was my period but up till now it has not still come......plssssssss i want to know what is happening....
befor u answer i have gone to the doctors and a urine test has been done but i can´t get the result till next week...so am knid of worried cos i really need this baby.....

If you had a positive test at the *correct* time to read it, then you are pregnant. Spotting may be a sign of implantation--which starts shortly before or about the time of your missed period. Call your midwife or doctor (even if you *are* still waiting for test results), but it is unlikely to be a problem.

It takes a week to get a urine test result? Wow, even my Dr gives a blodd test result in a day. It is horrible they make you wait a week for a urine test. You should have insisted on a blood test. That is much more accurate. Just try to think positive and realize that sometimes you can have spotting from implantaion of the embryo. It is quite common actually. Don't worry too much unless there is heavy bleeding and cramping. Good Luck!

Well if the test showed positive, then you should be pregnant. the results always go away after a certain amount of time. They tell you it's usually gone by 1 hour or so. It's weird that it takes a week for the test from the doctor to come back, but I believe you are pregnant. So just relax and wait to hear from the doctor!! Good Luck!!!!!!!

Don't worry, Stop trying so hard. Every living being can sense stress somehow. Just think if it's not now I must stay the course. Be healthy, positive, optimistic and hopeful. Don't, though, set your heart on some thing that isn't for sure. Breathe and take care of your self. The baby will be yours when it's right.
But I don't like the fact that you might NEED this baby. That's a bit of an odd statement.

I would pick up another pregnancy test. Each day the pregnancy hormone levels increase drastically, so if the positive result was very faint earlier it may be much darker now. It is perfectly normal to stain a little as the embryo implants into your uterus lining, but stress isn't good right now. Pick up another test, if it is positive try to relax and rest with your feet propped up.

why won't your doctor give you your results till next week? Doctors use practically the same sort of test you get from a drugstore.
If you want to know what's happening, test again. People on the internet can't tell you if you're pregnant.

What kind of doctor did you go to that won't give you the results until a week later. Any of the ones I've been to give them to you right away.

you are pregnant i think, just a little blood stain is fine. lots of blood is not. many people spot during the first 3 months of pregnancy. i did too. just take all easy and once you get your results form the doc, you can make your appointment with the Gynae. : ) good luck

the stain on your panties could have been from implantation. When implantation occurs..... (the egg attaching to your uterus).. a little spotting can happen.
