This is mainly caused by a faulty memory module.
Clean the contacts of your memory module.

If it occurs again, reinstall Windows.

Download Windows Memory Diagnostic from the link below, create a startup disk and test your RAM.

BSOD!!!!!

What you're looking at is the infamous Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). To be more technical, it's a kernel panic. Something you did (or more likely a program you ran did), caused the core part of the operating system that handles the assignment of system memory and other system resources (the kernel), to crash. The only thing you can do is to reboot your computer and hope it doesn't happen again. If it happens again, note what you were doing at the time of the panic, chances are it's a specific action (running a program, saving a file in a program, etc) that is causing the system to crash. Once you have figured out what program it is, look around the web to see if you can find a fix.
