It depends if which state you belongs to and if you are ready to travel. There are many universities which offer BCA courses all over India. Hyderabad alone has more then 100 colleges which offers them!

you can pursue BCA at BIT Mesra [Birla Institute of Technology]. More details available at http://www.bitmesra.ac.in
It has one of the best BCA course structures in the country.
