Australia - It is around A$1.42 a litre, which is about 59 pence in the UK, about $1 a litre in the USA.
Don't know whether that's good or bad and I do not care. Car drivers are killing the planet.

In Los Angeles, CA. U.S.A the price for a gallon is at about $3.55 and that is really expensive by our standards... My car is not so big (4 cyl) and it is already taking about 40 bucks of gas to fill. I still remember when it cost about 22.
conversion:
1 U.S gallon = 3.78 litres
so the prices in our countries are roughly the same.
