oh i should mention i dont really eat veggies only potatoes and froozen peas

find the foods that you do like and cut your portion size down and count Cal's and fat.

also drink at least 3 liters of water a day - that's should do the job.

I am just under 9 stone, and im a guy, quite tall, well built on the legs, but vertually nothing to show for on the top half of me (im not so skinny you can see my ribs, but you know what I mean) when I was younger i was the fat kid- what helped me is going out and running- you should aim for 3 miles in around 30 mins, drink lots of water and eat loads of vegetables, meats like beef, and loads of fruit, it helped me a lot

Eat as much as you want, enjoy yourself, big out!!

On the day of ect!! Get an axe! and chop your arm of. I think that's about 5lb or maybe a leg. I hope this is helpful.

P.S Don't go on mad diet, you will only put twice as much weight back on!!!!! I would double up an your exercise rote-en & if ect!! Get a roteen & drink loads of "Water"

that's available to lose 5lbs each week. My chum Tammi went on weight watchers and lost approximately 7 to eight lbs each week. yet despite in case you do no longer try this, you could try strolling, eating wholesome, and the different excercise you could think of of.

the best way to loose 5lb in two weeks is plenty water i drink gallons of it and i can loose it within a week.

try the pilot diet..water as much as 8 glasses per day and skimmed milk 1/2pt daily this to be used for coffee tea etc
breakfast ...hard boiled egg
lunch 3 ozs green salad
supper ..3ozs green salad and 4ozs of prefered meat/chicken...
it will drop off you i never eat b/f but i saved my egg to go with my lunch.....dont do it for too long ......

eat the frozen peas stay away from the potato's and drink alot of water(alot)

drink LOTS of water. what i do... this is just me... but it curbs my cravings for sweets (brownies and ice cream ;) but drink a full 8 oz of water when you start to crave it and wait like 15 min. if you still crave it then eat it in moteration, a serving size, then you are not depriving yourself but you are not gorgin out either.

put some winter clothing on, go for a jog in this heat,
you'll soon sweat it out, and drink lots of water.
