It is not an addiction. It is a choice.
So take responsibility for your choices. The only way to stop is to stop. You have to want to stop before you actually can.
Same with most choices, ****, smoking, drugs, it is all a choice.

Does she know about your addiction?
If so, ask her to do it with you sometimes. Maybe it can even stimulate your physical relationship a little.
If she doesn't know...tell her. It may be difficult to do, but well worth it. Everyone has an addiction to something. And just because you are addicted to **** doesn't mean you don't love your wife, just make sure she understands that she will always be the most important person in your life, no matter what. If she gives you an ultimatum and says, "no more ****!", then tell her you will try to respect her wishes, but that your addiction is real and you may relapse. She should be somewhat understanding.
Why not ask her to go with you to counseling or to a sex therapist? Bottom line, be open about it; don't hide it or you'll certainly have regrets later on.
Good luck.
