its depends on the question, some people may interpret a stupid question in a different way to what was intended by the person asking the question. And give an answer which is not altogether intelligent but neither is it stupid, it all depends on your own definition of what is stupid and how much you are looking to understand what the answers to the question actually mean.

there is never a stupid question.. and there can be some very stupid answers.. That doesn't necessarily mean the person is stupid.

Also, does it mean you are therefore stupid as well for asking the question?

The only stupid questions are the ones not asked and since the person asked,it is no longer stupid.Just think of a more silly answer to give!

Yes thanks........Every question deserves an answer no matter how stupid it is. That's how people learn by asking questions. What you may think is stupid is enlightening to another person. Like when little kids keep asking questions that annoy you they are just trying to learn...

It depends on if the question is stupid to the reader. If it does, and he answers it, it would be a stupid answer. Everything is relative. If someone thought it was a good question, and did not answer it, he would be answering it in his own way, silence, and that would also be stupid.

Not always
First you ask yourself why would a person ask that question
And what are they really trying to say.
I love to give them a answer for them to stop and think and some have actually picked my answer for the 10 points.

Love & Blessings

based on the answers that you get here, i'd say yes. no offence to anyone though! although if its another setting, i'd say it depends if the person who read it thinks whether its stupid or not. after all, what one thinks is stupid might not be stupid to another.
