They are sexy if they accent the woman.
ie. The cattle horns off a Texan's Cadillac look rediculous on a Ford Focus.A belly-button ring does nothing for anyone if you need an automotive lift to see it.
Know when it's enough. I work in a piercing studio. Some extremely beautiful women take it to the point of no return.I myself want to see the beauty enhanced, but not through a walking chain-link fence.

NO, piercings is never sexy since I meet a 70+years old man who got 2 nipple rings in the street.

Personally I find nipple, belly button and clit piercings to be a real turn on.
I dislike tongue, lip, and stretched piercings they are a turn off.

piercings on girls are gross.
Ears are ok, but that's it, maybe belly button. Anything else is gross and doesn't look hygienic.
It makes them look emo or whatever and that is gross.

on my girl i think they are sexy, but it goes for all girls if you have a piercing then that qualifies you as hot in my book automatically.
the more piercings the better.
