No, this is a proper category for this question. The truth is that no amount of software is going to help. Lotto balls have no memory. Just because a number doesn't come up for a while doesn't mean that it's "due". This is a basic rule in probability.
Concerning playing the lottery, you would be better off giving me a third of the money that you otherwise would spend. Statistically, you would come out ahead in the long run versus playing the lottery. :-)
