i know it might sound wierd because im trying to get a disorder but i was wondering how to get phimosis when i have recently pulled back my foreskin. I want to make my foreskin tight again so that i cannot pull it back.

no i dont think you understand. ill try to b more specific. i dont want to b circumsised because i dont want the red sensistive glans penis to come into contact with my underwear. i just want to know how to pull my foreskin over the glans penis so that you cant see any red bit

You are asking for a very painful infection. This condition is caused by excess sweat, bacteria, yeast and other fungal material collecting under the foreskin and causing an inflammatory response. I don't think you want to go there just to tighten your foreskin....ewwww...if you want a circumcision just get one.
