Your talking about a unstop mixing after you start. Be better to call a ready mix company to bring your mix.They charge by the yard.

According to my math you have about 20 cubic feet to fill if the sidewalk is 4" thick. That comes out to 30 bags of sacrete. Still a lot to mix, BUT it is going to be hard to get someone to deliver less than a yard and if they do you will pay a premium for it.
So get the wheelbarrow and hoe and start mixing

roughly 60 bags depending how thick you make your sidewalk, at 4in. thick about 60 would do, then at about 4 dollars a bag thats 240 bucks,check the prices off ready mix concrete in your area,in my area it cost about 180 bucks a cubic yard and that would be plenty for your job and they deliver it ,pour it all you have to do is the prep work and smooth it out, it would save you a lot of work.

at 4" thick 1 yard of concrete will cover 81 SF. one 50# bag will do .43 cubic feet. a 80# bag does .63 cu ft.
5x12= 60sf.
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic ft
43 bags if using 80#, 63 bags if using 50#.
