Inner peace & harmony. I've had an anxiety disorder for most of my life. So, I value those moments where I'm able to let go of it all. I admire those spiritual people who seem so at peace with the world even when others would seem to do them harm .... like a Buddhist monk. It would be nice to be free from mortal suffering and angst ... to be able to appreciate more out of life, the world around us and the experiences that we have.

Unfortunately I've have Crohns Disease since my early 20's. I'm 38 now...so I have to say they way that laughter soothes a lot of pain. The more you guys give me funny answers...the better I forget about my issues. Yahoo Answers has been a heaven-sent source of entertainment for me.
May the world forever laugh at a good joke...and free themselves from unnessasary pain!

I'd choose to be happy...that's easy for me to answer I dunno that's what I strive for each day...to be happy and to make my days worth while...what else is there to do. Being miserable sucks so why not just be happy instead. Just my opinion.
