Think it was bigger than 26 inches, those worlds strongest man people aren't ripped like bodybuilders so have a bit of extra fat on their arms.

Incidentally, it's the triceps that make up most of the mass of the arm, triceps make up 60%, biceps 30% and brachialis 10%.
