Is there any resource available for free new clothes for my two teenagers?

My son is 12 years old -he is 5"8'/180#s and still growing.My children live in Alaska so warm clothing is a must.They are both Steelers fans and one more thing is they live in a bush community meaning they don;t have access to normal retailers and stores.

ebay honey. Clothes don't come "free" but they do come cheep.
