They make glasses that correct for astigmatism. It's pretty routine for optometrists to prescribe them for people who need them.

With glasses.Go to a doctor.I also have astigmatism and after i wear for 3 years glasses,i don`t have to wear anymore glasses.

Yes, either with corrective lens (both eyeglasses and contacts) of with actual lens replacement via surgery.
