On Easter Sunday and on the Friday prior to eastern they'll probably be closed, but maybe on Saturday they will be open.

I agree with W&W but anyway it's a good time to visit Athens cause during this period most of Greeks leave the city so, it will be very easy to see Athens. U know Athens has a huge traffic!!!

Every site and museum closes on Easter day.But by this we mean the orthodox Easter and not the Catholic which is on a different Sunday.
