If you have a good stomach, some over the counter Advil or naproxen works wonders on me. 1 no more than 2 in a 12 hour period should do it.

if paracetamolhelps, its still the best option. otherwise, you can try stronger ones like NSAIDs (naproxen, diclofenac, mefenamic acid) provided you are not asthmatic and you have no history of gastric problems. but these NSAIDs are under prescription only exceptfor naproxen. others include anarex (muscle relaxant) and cafergot

naproxen/synflex is pretty safe amongst the painkillers, unless u r allergic to it or have gastric problems

take a combination of metoclopramide (REGLAN,PERINORM)10mg and paracetamol(TYLNOL,CROCIN) 500mg.Combination Brand names like METOPAR and PARAMET.can be repeated in 2 hours.
