Super splendor gives more mileage. It is equipped with Digital CDI ignition as compared to Analog ignition system of Splendor or Passion. It is also equipped with Catalytic converter silencer. Also peak torque comes at 4,000 rpm as compared to 6,500 rpm that of Splendor/Passion. Ride quality is much more stable than Splendor/Passion. BHP is 9 and torque developed is more compared to Splendor/Passion.
Coming to Glamour, new Glamour with Electronic Fuel Injection gives better mileage and throttle response compared to Super Splendor. It will display realtime mileage on the LCD display. But it is very expensive at 53,000 + for basic version and 61,000 for advanced version.
In the Hero Honda website itself in the page of super splendor they say it gives more mileage than 100cc bikes. There are many people especially in small cities and rural places who are biased by splendor/passion and they will always insist you to go for that. They are reluctant to change to new technology.

Hero Passion PRO is a good bike in terms of price as welll as mileage and engine
