I'm currently during my 3rd year studies, Civil & Environmental Engineering, in polytechnics in Singapore. And since i'm under the gov study grant as a foreign student, i have to work in Singapore for 3 yrs before i can go overseas or further studies.
But my interest is in enviornmental and animal jobs, whereas Singapore has very few of this kind of job, and the pay may not be good also. What kind of job shall i look for which i'm both interested and with good prospect(can have a raise in pay)? Shall i go got University after working 3 yrs, by then i would be 25 yrs old, but i'm planning to get married by 27. If so how?

Since you wanted to go university, did you consider taking part time degree course? Well when you are fresh from polytechnic, your market value is limited considering the fact that you dun have the experience. I always tell myself opportunity knocks once only and youhave to grab it before it pass you. So I would suggest you carry fulfil your bond in Singapore and if you really wish to carry on with your studies, take a part time degree course in Singapore.
Once you have the experience and the knowledge, you definitely have much better offer in the job market. As a piece of advice for you if you wish to take part time degree, it is not like full time study as you need to work and study at the same time. So your determination have to be very strong coz I used to work in the day and study in the night for about 10 years.

I think that you should not be so concern with money since you are looking for such jobs...and i think you should just go on and try to work for that 3 year first...who knows? Maybe you haven't met someone suitable by that time.
