im 18 with no pubes yet....my dick doesnt get hard and im small. i tried to have sex but i couldnt even get it in cuz it just mashed up inside of her.

it sounds like you have low testosterone. do you work out? what is your body type. do you have a low sex drive? i suggest seeing a urologist or your pcp and getting your testosterone, as well as estradiol and anything else your doctor deems necessary.
