Here is the criteria:
This is a day from your life as in you will replace yourself with you now, but looking likes you then. So if you were five, you would have your mental maturity and experience of you now. You have the physical dexterity of now, even though you might be of a young age. Once your 24 hours is over, you will be back to you now, but the affects of the changed events will ripple to your time in the present. You will have no knowledge of specific events like lotto or stock numbers, but you will know what you know now if it is companies, real-estate and events will change in the coming years.
So what would you do? Beat up that bully from high school? Ask the girl of your dreams? Or make changes to a regretful event that has affected you all these years.

I hate to say I would change anything, but I would. I broke up with a boyfriend by telling him I was sleeping with his best friend. I don't understand why on earth I thought hurting someone like that would have good results for me or anyone. The damage was crazy and 3 years later many involved in our lives are still affected in a huge way. I hurt him so badly and I will never forgive myself. I do know, however, I will never hurt someone like that again.

That's a deep question, man. I'd prefer not to change anything though because all of my mistakes have made me who and what I am today and I don't want to change that.
