This is just me, I'm not sure about the rest...
1. I'm more into doing divination and fortune telling for others. lottery numbers aren't my thing.
2. Everyone has the psychic ability, or has psychic abilities. Now, when there's a lottery, how many people are praying, projecting their hopes that one day there's 300 million dollars on the line? My theory is that the lottery is always up in the air. Too many people are focusing on it, you really don't know what's going to happen, atleast for most psychics. It would take a very skilled psychic to pinpoint all the numbers, and a lot of them have a problem with that for some reason.
3. Not winning the lottery doesn't mean you aren't psychic. For example(and yeah, I know you're a skeptic from your question), My area is telepathy. It works on people I know. Empathy can work on strangers for me. I've got Pre-cog too, but it is, as they say, unrefined. I really can't predict lottery numbers, and I accept it. Everyone has limitations.

Most of these answers are right. When you are on a spiritual path, eg, psychic, it comes from a place of love. You do it not for the money, but for so much more. We do it for love. Like an artist does. And if you can make a living out of it, well why not. We find that if we are on our right path, money comes to us easily anyway. But we are all not interested in being rich and famous. I do it to serve God, Spirit etc... So it would be unethical to cheat and get the numbers before others, wouldn't it? We have very high morals, and if a psychic chooses to give you the lottery Numbers, well that is her choice. We all have free will.
Why don't you try to develop you psychic abilities and see for your self. You might be surprised, what you can do.

1) Psychic ability doesn't work like it does in the myths & movies. It varies from individual to individual. Each has different strengths. In most it is not a constant ability and has good and bad periods.
2) Everybody has some sort of psychic ability which we are generally taught to supress. it requires opening more than 10% of your brain.
3) Money is of little importance when you are in your psychic powers. There are other way more important jobs to do.
4) I don't like to gamble. sometimes I will buy a scratchy card for my daughter. Every time I use psychic energy to select the card I win at least $5, but the most I've ever won is $50. But I'm only doing it for entertainment and to educate my child in the nature of human possibilities.

Well, thats how you can tell the real Psychics from the fakes.
The real ones won the lottery. The sucky ones only got 3 numbers right. And the fakes- well they're asking you to give them ten bucks to tell you your future.

My husband has definite psychic abilities. I never believed in such a thing until I met him, but I've seen things happen with him that would shock you. He can mention a 30 year old song that we haven't thought of in ages, and poof! It comes on the radio within a few hours! One time we were playing cards, and 9 times in a row, he held up two cards and said "give me what I want." I then discarded, and he showed me the 2--the same thing I'd discarded! But we're still poor as churchmice--he can't turn it on and off. It comes to him when it wants to. He's said that when he gets "the feeling," we're going to Las Vegas!

For this very reason they are unable to help themselves win the lottery or predict sports scores would be a good reason not to go to them. accuracy in futuristic predictions should apply to everything not just the guy sitting in front of the psycho..... I mean psychic.

more like statistics and lottery yah. and yes you can bet on all the numbers. but you would be losing more money than making. plus you dont have that much money to start out with to buy all those tickets

it' to do with free will, if you use something for the wong purpose then it is going to break, it's the same for psychics, if they abuse their gift then it's going to dissapear after a while. plus, they use their gift to talk to spirits and spirits can't forsee detailed events
