I haven't and to my knowledge it hasn't happened to me. But I think it would only hurt your spouse if you were to clear your own concience and tell her. If you really love her, you would go see a councelor to find out why you did it, and then stop doing it.

I was married to someone whom cheated on me. All I can tell you is that after I found out, we were togther for 2 more years. I was never able to trust her after that, and it seriously destroyed any chance of our marriage surviving. What you did is reprehensible, and I could care less what BS you would give to justify your actions. That said, I know you didn't post your question with the expectation of being judged, so I won't. Does your spouse deserve to know...yes. I think if you admire your spouse enough, you should tell him/her. If you only care about not losing that spouse, then it's probably not the best idea.

no i haven't cheated and don't plan to but you never say never......
if you really do love him and want to continue bieng married then don't tell him. you were selfish to cheat so don't try to clear your conscious by telling him. keep it to yourself.
