Try monster or careerbuilder. Also the local newspaper will help. I'd also tell friends to be on the lookout. Or the old fashion way...go to the place you want to work and ask them :)

The most successful is networking-- get yourself out there and meet people. DON'T rely on newspaper ads. I used to hire for a large customer service unit, and if I got a personal reference from a co-worker about an applicant - that applicant generally got the job.

Never send out a resume without a cover letter target specifically to the job and company. NEVER send out an obviously photocopied resume. Never send out something with spelling errors.

The best way is when you have an extended network of friends and former co-workers that can help point you in the right direction. Take it from me, going it alone doesn't work. I've been rejected by almost two dozen employers in the past year.

Get away from your computer. If you're sitting at home playing on Y!Answers, you're not looking hard enough. Put on a suit, type up a resume, and hit the streets.
