In England and Wales it would 252 working days, assuming that you work 5 out of 7 days. But you will work less than that because of your Annual Leave, between 10 and 30 days a years depending on your employer (schools give you more time off).

Yes, MSB, but the hebrew day actually started at night too, so it would start friday night and extend to saturday night. "Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ." (Col 2:16-17). It's definitely good to set aside time to spend with God, but it's not useful to be legalistic about it. We have freedom in Christ--Jesus is what really matters. -------- Also another thing to note. If working on the sabbath (whether you consider it sat or sun) violates your conscience, then you're sinning anyway, even though it isn't necessarily wrong. Everything that is not from faith is sin according to the bible.

According to Gov UK, all workers in the UK are entitled to 28 days paid leave but this can include statutory holidays (bank holidays) (of which there are 8). In other words you should get at least 4 weeks off. Therefore working 46.6 weeks (26 wks and 2 days) or 233 days.

well, fifty two weeks in a year.
most places are monday to friday, that is five per week.
take about six or seven away for holidays.
that leaves...
(52*5) -6 = 254
about 254!! wow... you have two weeks of holidays in there and you're still working about
244 days a year.
ouch.
