has anyone been on it and can tell me why my girlfriend has changed please

Hi,
I found I was moody when I first went on it because of hormone changes, but after a while I was grand, spoting is the other side affect, but isn't so bad after being on it for a while.
It's better than the combi which can cause high blood pressure and erosion's which a friend had.
All in all a lot better, and star flower oil can help moods.

Hi, I have been on the mini pill for 4 years and it has never given me any problems. The first week of taking it i had a bit of a headache but that was it. I used to get all sorts of problems on the combination pill which is why I changed to the mini pill!
Usually the side effects you get settle down within a month so you have nothing to worry about.

For me it is just a dnagerous as the combined pill - I get migraines and when I am using any type of pill I end up in hospital constantly with suspected mini strokes - loss of speech, loss of sight, pins and needles and numbness in my limbs and mouth. Very scarey!
