I travel frequently and have had numerous problems with Easyjet since they started to operate.Like many budget airlines, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to get in touch with them. After trying all the possible alternatives for a contact email address,I discovered customer.services@easyjet.com actually connects and works.Helpful answers do come back from this address but expect to wait a few weeks.Keep up the good fight and don't let them push you around.

You could sell your ticket to an other passenger since Easyjet ALWAYS overbook there flights

It much easier then trying to get hold of the customerservice
