Okay, Example: I have an FTP site and my clients is using FTP to upload files on that site. Then my employees download the files from where the clients put the files.
And the problem is,
I need to monitor who among my employee get this and that file. Not just me also my employees, a visual table (web page) to see what file is need to get an attention to download the file. And put markings on that files if it is already downloaded or not.
So they now what file is next to be download, if they working on different place.

What should I do? Any program, software or codes used to do that?
