I have experienced this. I usually wake up and i am having a orgasm!! I am 30years of age and I m in a very loving relationship with boyfriend.
The orgasm only lasted a few seconds but I really enjoy it.

I have sexual dreams every night: with famous people, people I know, people I've never seen before, men, women, 2 poeple at a time etc etc, and yes have had the "o." Cool trick,,,wish I could just sit at a desk, daydream and do the same thing, but it won't work.

Oh goodness, an orgasm in a dream is like 10 times different then how it is in real life, or to me it is. It feels very exaggerated and oh goodness it just feels amazing.
