In my last house the pipes would get clogged because there was a crack and toilet paper would catch and then over time it would build up like cholesterol in an artery causing the toilet to clog and flood, so my roommate did experiments to see which brand would dissolve in water fastest. The only one that did was MD, which is now called Angel Soft which I buy out of habit- even though I now have a toilet and pipes that can handle anything.

No I usually buy in bulk...Charmin sometimes Cottonelle which ever is less at the time of my semi annual purchase.
I am with you don't like the cheap brands.
