closed caption?

is there such a thing as closed caption for spanish channels for the english speaker? The spanish channels seem to have good programs but they are hard to understand with my high school spanish from 15 years ago

no unless the channel itself provides it ....

I hear you but in Costa Rica they provided it, but I'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear.
