He was caught lieing under oath. This is a felony.

Yes. Any President should be impeached if the House wants to.

The High Crimes and Misdemeanors stuff only defines that he shall be removed from office if convicted for those, but he can be impeached for anything at all. If the House really deep down doesn't like him, they should impeach him and let's get the cards on the table.
