u cant ...screen recorder software will let u get image of anything on screen. the only way is not to put your picture on it

You can embed a translucent watermark on your pictures.
Thats the simpliest way to protect your copyrights.

The more expensive approach is the digital watermarking.
The codes are embedded in the file inside.

Nearly everything online can be right clicked and saved by anybody, anytime.
