My daughter had the same problem with some shirts that she has to wear to work. She put them in a solution of bleach plus water. Don't put them in straight bleach. By the way, the Ritz Color Remover sounds like a good idea too.

Bleach is our buddy.
If they aren't solid colored shirts then just buy a Clorox bleach pen and do spot removal with that.

Napi san or a pre soaker, sometimes white king or bleach can make them slightly yellow

Try soaking in Oxy-Clean and then washing with detergent plus Oxy-Clean. Hope it works.
