If you mean that the answers you give are always in the negative and their questions are phrased to make it that way then its NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Very interesting subject that is about how your brain is wired and how people can use that to get you to answer a certain way...

Do you mean a loaded question like "When did you stop beating your wife?" which is a rhetorical device usually intended to trick someone into saying something they didn't originally intend to say?

Or do mean a provocation to anger or defensiveness? That can be a function of aggression/manipulation or simply an attempt to challenge your assumptions.

Humor is usually a good defense against that sort of thing :-)

make you answer?
you can't answer for yourself? what are you a puppet.?

Why not try answering in a positive way no matter how you actually feel about the question. Think of it as a challenge.

If you think about what people mean by what they intend you to answer then you are sounding paranoid, stop the stonering and get some sleep.

They are putting you on the defensive by insulting you, being condescending , sarcastic, and accusing. Whoever is doing this doesn't trust you, or feels they have reason to doubt you--think less of you. When your self defense mechanisms start to kick in, and their turning your words around......time to worry about YOU. The only one who can get them to change their manner in which they address you is You. Tell them to cut you some slack...give you the benefit of the doubt. When they interrupt, tell them to "hear you out". If it continues, tell them to kick rocks....and move on!

They are likely to be asking you to do something that you don't wont to do - to continue asking this so you continue to give negative responses could be seen as interrogation. This would be clearly demonstrated if someone was accusing you to be a terrorist when you were not one.

Nobody can make you answer negatively, that is under your control.....unless they are putting a gun in your back of course.
Chances are these people feel so bad about themselves, that they have to cause you to feel bad so that temporarily makes them feel better

You are responsible for your own actions if you are letting others effect you then you need to sort that out and find the reasons why.
