What do you mean? I like sex and I sometimes masturbate like twice a day. It feels great? but I am not sure what you mean.... and I can't answer your question because I don't know how boys feel sex..
Almost no one can type properly these days. I'm not perfect but I at least think before I type and if I make a mistake I try and fix it as soon as I see it.

HI,
A better question might be, do all boys or girls feel sex the same, since it is at least conceivable that one particular girl might feel sex more like one particular boy than that boy or girl may feel it like another person of the same gender. I know you are American but don't be in such a rush to simplify everything, whereas there may be more similarities between members of the same gender still any group of individuals differs and there will be overlaps.

every evidence is that girls feel sex, and just about everything else differently than boys do (not better, not worse, different)
it also appears that every person feels it a little different than everyone else
this is not surprising, we are each similar, but unique

Nope... we fell it much more intensely than men do. From our toes to the tips of the hair on our head, it's very intense. :-)
