My story involves a relationship between two very different people. One, the woman, is from a very poor country where people have struggled on in much the same way they do now. The man, a soldier, is from a wealthy country where he has access to technology, robotics, medicine. What does he look like and how do they meet?

Yes after 4000 years is the future at 6006.At that time,I think a lot of us by using robotic to make it as alternating for improve tne quality and performance work.
You want to make a story:

>she decided to take soldier as the job to make income to support their family.
>then at the time go to wealthy country,she will meet some people or same town people to make a friends.
>after that,she feel very excited when she saw a lot of thing which itself never see it.
>from there,she discover the journey with training become the good soldier in the process to become good soldier.She have be leader by the leader which contain about thr technology,robotics and medicine.
>finally,she fall in love because of the creativity and the good personality (handsome,smart,kind and brave)

I would think that it should be because as a soldier he is supposed to destroy her people, and may very well need to come to grips with the fact that the governement he works for and the military he is a part of is corrupt, or that this is a better life for him in the end.
4,000 years though is a long way off, and I think you should lower that amount, maybe 1,000 to 1,500. Even 2,000 is pushing it a little.
